A specialized site
Fuelling stations are not ordinary retail sites. They combine a convenience building, a canopy, dispensers, underground or above-ground equipment and heavy traffic. Clean energy stations add equipment such as electric vehicle chargers or alternative fuel dispensers.
Safety and regulation shape every decision. Fuel and gas systems fall under provincial safety codes and specialist trades, and owners should confirm requirements with their equipment suppliers and the authority having jurisdiction.
Electrical is the centrepiece
Clean energy stations often need large electrical service. Chargers, lighting, controls, payment terminals and the store itself all draw power. Our electrical team, led by a Master Electrician, plans panels, feeders, conduit and lighting so capacity matches the equipment.
Utility coordination is a major schedule item. Service upgrades take time, so we raise them early and work with the owner on the right sequence.
Building, canopy and systems
The convenience building needs the same quality as any retail space. Our interior systems, carpentry and painting crews build and finish it, and our mechanical crew installs HVAC and plumbing. Our low voltage group installs cameras, alarms, payment network cabling and digital signage.
Canopy and site lighting must be bright, safe and reliable in winter. We choose fixtures and controls that handle Alberta weather.

Planning with specialists
Equipment suppliers, fuel handlers and inspectors all play a role. We coordinate their requirements into one schedule and one plan, and we handle building permits and inspections for our portion of the work.
Having our own electrical and interior crews cuts the number of firms on site. That helps keep schedules steady and responsibility clear from start to finish.
Clear scope matters on specialized sites. We list who supplies what, who connects what and who inspects what, so nothing is left between trades when the station is ready to open.
