What to tell us about your project

You do not need drawings or a full budget to start a conversation. A few details are enough. It helps to share:

The more you tell us, the more useful our first reply will be, but a short message is fine. We would rather hear from you early than late.

• The type of building or space, and its address
• Whether it is new construction, a renovation or a tenant improvement
• The size of the space, even if approximate
• Your target start and finish or move-in date
• Whether you have a lease, a lease offer or a site you are considering
• Any drawings, design work or consultants already involved
• Your rough budget range, if you have one

What happens next

We will reply promptly, ask a few questions and suggest a next step. That might be a site visit, a review of your plans or a conversation about the lease and the cost to build.

We work on new construction and renovations or tenant improvements up to $50,000,000. If you are early in the process and still choosing a space, call us. We can help before the lease is signed, with construction cost in view.

We also help with security, digital signage, networks, furniture and building maintenance once your project is complete.
