Inside and out together
Owners often upgrade the interior of an office and the exterior in the same project. A refreshed entrance, new signage, improved lighting and a better look from the street all support the work inside.
Doing both under one contract saves effort. One team plans access, protects the site and keeps interior and exterior schedules aligned.
Interior work
Our interior systems team handles framing, drywall and ceilings. Our carpenters, painters and door and hardware crews complete the finishes. Our electrical team, led by a Master Electrician, updates lighting, power and controls, and our mechanical crew handles HVAC and plumbing.
Our low voltage group adds access control, cameras, networks and AV.
Exterior work and weather
Exterior projects in Alberta depend on the weather. Cold, snow and short days affect what can be done and when. Concrete, sealants, paints and some cladding products have temperature limits, so we plan the sequence to suit.
Exterior upgrades can include entrances, canopies, lighting, signage, doors, storefront and parking area improvements. Our electrical team handles exterior lighting and power, and we coordinate any specialist envelope trades required.

Keeping the business running
Occupied buildings need careful planning. We separate work zones, protect entrances and keep walkways clear and safe. Interior noisy tasks are scheduled to limit disruption.
We handle municipal development and building permits where required, and keep one schedule and one contact. With most trades in-house, the owner has fewer parties to manage and a faster path to a finished building.
Our building maintenance service can look after the finished property, from lighting to doors, so the investment keeps its appearance through Alberta's freeze and thaw cycles.
Questions we hear
Do exterior changes need a permit?
Often they do, depending on scope and municipality. We help identify and manage the permits needed.
