Spaces people want to use
Lounges, fitness rooms, party rooms, co-working spaces, guest suites, theatres and rooftop terraces change how a building feels. They can also support rents or condominium values.
The best amenity spaces are practical: easy to book, easy to clean and built for noise and wear. We help owners right-size spaces and choose finishes that hold up.
Technical details behind the finish
A good amenity space depends on what is above the ceiling and behind the walls. Ventilation for a gym, a kitchen exhaust for a party room, lighting scenes, sound systems and acoustic separation from nearby suites all need to be right.
Our mechanical crew installs HVAC and plumbing. Our electrical crew, led by a Master Electrician, handles power and lighting. Our low voltage team installs audio, video, access control and surveillance.
Custom work in-house
Our carpenters and millwork team build bars, lounges, concierge desks and built-in seating. Our interior systems crew delivers the walls and ceilings, our painters finish them, and our doors and hardware team provides secure, attractive entrances.
Residents live in the building, so noise, dust and access matter. We schedule loud work in set hours, protect elevators and corridors, and communicate regularly with the property manager. Rooftop and exterior work is planned around Alberta weather.
Plan for these items
Owners should decide early:
- Who uses the space and when
- Booking and access control
- Noise limits and neighbouring suites
- Accessibility
- Furniture and signage package
Getting started
Share your building, your residents and your budget. We can sketch options with rough costs, check ventilation and power capacity, and propose a schedule that suits your building. We can also price furniture, signage and audio-visual items alongside construction.
Questions we hear
Can you add an amenity room to an existing building?
Often, if space is available and building services can support it. We review ventilation, power and structure first.
