Technology and power
Analysts rely on multiple screens, secure networks and video meetings. Our electrical crew, led by a Master Electrician, installs power, lighting and data pathways. Our low voltage team handles AV, sound masking, access control and surveillance. All this is built under our own supervision, which keeps the technology and the walls that hold it in step.
A small server or network room may sit at the heart of the office. Our mechanical crew supplies cooling so equipment runs reliably.

Fine finishes, built in-house
Wood panelling, glass partitions, stone counters and feature ceilings are common. Our carpenters and millwork team build custom pieces. Our painters finish them. This control helps ensure the final look matches the design.
Planning and timing
If you plan to lease, bring us in before the lease is signed. We can review the building, estimate costs and advise on allowances. Plan for lead times on glass, specialty lighting and furniture. We also offer furniture and network services as part of our turn-key approach.
Confidentiality matters to investment clients. Our crews are used to working near sensitive materials, and we can keep drawings, access and site information to a small group. We can also stage the work so your team stays productive in the part of the office that is not under construction, and move in as each area is completed.
