What a refresh covers
A refresh can be as light as new paint, flooring and signage, or as broad as new counters, ceilings, lighting and reconfigured layouts. The goal is a modern look and better customer flow at a cost well below new construction.
We start with a walk-through and a list of what is worn out, outdated or out of step with your brand standards. Then we price options so you can choose what to do now and what to leave for later.
Keeping the branch open
Many refreshes happen while the branch continues to serve customers. We phase the work by area, build protected walkways and put the noisiest tasks outside business hours. Our own crews work to one schedule, which helps because there are fewer outside firms to coordinate.
We keep cash handling, security and alarms working throughout, or arrange short, planned shutdowns.
- Phased work by zone
- After-hours noisy work
- Dust control and protected paths
- Clear daily clean-up
Systems upgrades along the way
A refresh is a good time to improve lighting, power, HVAC and security. Our electrical crew can add LED lighting and new circuits. Our mechanical crew can service or replace HVAC. Our low voltage team can upgrade cameras, alarms and access control. Doing it in one visit saves cost and avoids opening walls twice.
Plan for the details
Order long-lead items early, such as counters, signage and specialty lighting. Confirm any permit needs with us at the start. Even light work may need Alberta Safety Codes permits for electrical or mechanical changes, and we handle those.
Refreshes are a smart way to bring many branches up to a common standard. We can build a repeatable scope, price it once and then deliver site after site with the same crews. That builds speed and consistency, and it gives your facilities team one point of contact for every location we touch.
