Building around the equipment
Equipment arrival is the milestone everything revolves around. Foundations, pits, power, compressed air, water, drainage and ventilation all have to be ready before machines are set. We work from the manufacturer's installation requirements so the building is prepared correctly the first time.
Plants differ widely, so we begin with a walk through your process, your hazards and your shut-down calendar. Then we build a plan that limits interruptions.
Services we install ourselves
Our electrical crew, led by a Master Electrician, installs motor feeds, panels, lighting, control wiring and equipment disconnects. Our mechanical crew handles ventilation, dust or fume extraction ductwork, heating, compressed air and plumbing, along with process piping where our scope fits. Where a specialized equipment supplier is needed, we coordinate it with our own schedule.
Our interior crew builds quality offices, break rooms, washrooms and clean or controlled rooms, and our low voltage group installs security, access control and plant networks.

Safety and planning
Working in an operating plant demands discipline. Our Director of Health & Safety, Ghilda Gaber, leads our safety approach, and our crews follow your site rules for lockout, hot work and contractor orientation. We keep work zones separated from production and agree on emergency routes in advance.
Plan for permits and engineering. Changes to ventilation, structure or process areas can require engineering review, and our in-house engineering team, led by Dr. Magdy Istafanous, supports design and coordination. Ordering long-lead equipment and electrical gear early protects your start-up date.
Start-up and handover
The last weeks of a plant project decide success. Equipment is tested, safety systems are verified and operators are trained. We build time for commissioning into the schedule, and we keep the same project manager and crews involved through start-up so that issues are resolved quickly.
Detailed as-built drawings of power, ventilation and piping help your maintenance team for years afterward.
Questions we hear
Can you work while production continues?
Usually yes. We separate work areas, schedule shut-downs in advance, and follow your lockout and contractor rules.
