Motorcycle Dealerships

Motorcycle dealerships sell a lifestyle. HSM builds showrooms, service areas and gear shops that reflect the brand and handle a seasonal business.

Motorcycle Dealerships

A seasonal, brand-driven business

Motorcycle sales in Alberta peak in spring and summer, with service backlogs in early spring. Dealerships need flexible floor space for display and storage, and a service department that can ramp up quickly.

Brand identity is strong. Riders respond to materials, lighting and signage that capture the feel of the marque. We build to manufacturer standards and add the details that make the space personal.

Showroom, gear and service

The showroom displays bikes on low platforms, with space to walk around each one. Apparel and accessories require wall displays, fitting rooms and a point-of-sale counter. Our carpenters and millwork team build fixtures and counters. Our painters and interior crews finish the walls and ceilings.

Service bays need less floor area than a car shop but still require good lighting, compressed air, exhaust and solid floors. Our electrical and mechanical crews install these systems.

Winter storage and loading

Many dealerships store customers' bikes over the winter. Secure, heated storage with efficient racking is a service that brings customers back. Loading ramps, doors and floor protection ensure bikes move safely. Our low voltage team adds cameras and alarms for secure storage.

Plan for the season

Aim to complete major work in the winter, before the spring rush. We plan around lead times for signage and display fixtures and coordinate permits.

Dealerships often add events, demo rides and community nights. A flexible showroom with movable displays, good sound and a small stage area supports those events. Our carpenters, electricians and low voltage team can build these features into the plan, so your store becomes a place riders want to visit even when they are not buying.

Insurance and security are real concerns for high-value stock. Our low voltage team can add cameras, alarms and access control, and our door and hardware crew can fit strong locks and reinforced entries. We balance protection with the open, inviting feel that a showroom needs.
