Fast service, tight layouts
Quick lube sites are built around a short, repeatable service. Vehicles drive in, get serviced and drive out. Queuing, bay design and exit routes control how many cars you can serve in an hour.
Many centres use pits, while others use lifts. Pits need careful design for ventilation, drainage, lighting and safe access. Lifts need strong floors and clearances.
Fluids and systems
Our mechanical crew installs ventilation, heating, plumbing and drainage, along with oil and fluid piping systems where specified. Used oil, coolant and filters need proper storage and handling. Floor drains and separators are part of the plan.
Our electrical crew installs lighting, power for pumps, compressors and lifts, and signage. Good lighting in pits and bays makes the work safer.

Small building, high standards
These buildings are compact but heavily used. Floors, walls and doors take wear. Our interior systems and door crews choose durable finishes and hardware. A small office and customer waiting area should be easy to supervise from the service lane.
Franchise and site considerations
Many centres follow franchise standards for layout and branding. We work with those standards and handle site issues such as drainage, access and signage. We also coordinate permits and winter construction concerns for exterior work.
What to plan for
Equipment lead times, utility connections and municipal approvals drive the schedule. We map these early so your opening day is realistic.
If you operate or plan several locations, a repeatable design saves money and time. We can refine a standard layout, price it once and build it again with the same crews. Our project managers keep records of what worked on each site, so each new centre benefits from the last and opens on schedule.
