Layout drives productivity
Good service centres move vehicles in, through and out without delay. Bay sizes, lift locations, drive aisles and parking all matter. A plan that works for one brand or vehicle type may not suit another, particularly for trucks or larger vans.
We help you compare layouts early, so the building supports the work you actually do.
Systems in the bays
Our electrical crew installs power for lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, chargers and compressors. Good lighting reduces mistakes and improves safety. Our mechanical crew installs heating, ventilation and exhaust systems, including vehicle exhaust capture, plus plumbing and floor drains.
Compressed air piping, oil and fluid distribution and used-oil storage are common features. We coordinate these with equipment suppliers so connections land where technicians need them.
- Lift and equipment anchoring
- Exhaust capture
- Compressed air and fluid lines
- Floor drains and oil separators
Floors and doors
Shop floors take abuse from heavy loads, chemicals and moisture. Sealed concrete or coatings help with cleaning and durability. Slope and drain layout matter for washing and winter melt. Our door and hardware crew installs overhead doors that hold up to frequent use and fit the winter climate.
The customer side
The reception counter, waiting area and washrooms are the customer's experience of your business. Our carpenters and interior crews build them cleanly. Plan for good signage, parking and drop-off areas. We also handle permits and inspections so the shop opens when planned.
Technicians are your most valuable asset, so comfort and safety deserve attention. Clean air, good light, warm floors in winter and clear walkways all reduce fatigue and mistakes. Our health and safety program, led by Ghilda Gaber, applies on our sites, and we design with the safety of the finished shop in mind as well.
