Designed around the vehicle
Showroom floors must carry the weight of vehicles and handle moving cars in and out. Large overhead or sliding doors, level floors and smooth finishes are typical. Wide clear spans keep display areas flexible.
Lighting is a major part of the design. Lighting that is too harsh creates glare on paint, and lighting that is too dim hides detail. We work with designers to place fixtures that show curves and finishes properly.
Glass, finishes and feature walls
Large storefront glass is common in showrooms. It brings in light but also heat, so HVAC capacity matters. Our mechanical crew sizes and balances the systems for large glazed areas, including winter drafts at the entrance and summer heat gain.
Our interior systems team builds ceilings, feature walls and brand elements. Our carpenters and painters handle reception counters, display plinths and finish details. Specialty finishes and signage often come from the manufacturer, and we coordinate installation.

Power and technology
Our electrical crew installs display lighting, power outlets for vehicle displays and interactive screens, plus electric vehicle chargers. Our low voltage team handles AV, networks and security cameras.
Planning the project
Showroom renovations often target a specific launch date, such as a new model release. We plan backward from that date and order long-lead items early. Our project managers keep you informed on progress and on what must be decided next.
Showrooms often change with each new model year or brand refresh. We can build with that in mind, using movable display elements, flexible lighting circuits and wall systems that are easy to update. Our trades work in-house, so a small refresh can be completed quickly, usually with less disruption than a full rebuild.
