More than a showroom
A full dealership includes a showroom, sales offices, a delivery bay, a service drive, shop bays, a parts counter, a customer lounge and often a used car area. Each zone has a different purpose, traffic pattern and finish level.
The customer journey matters. People should know where to park, where to enter and where to go for service. We help turn the manufacturer's floor plan into something that works on your actual site.
Brand standards and budgets
Manufacturers often require specific finishes, signage and layouts, sometimes with approved vendors. We review the standards at the outset and price them carefully. If a requirement is costly or hard to meet on your site, we say so early so you can discuss options with the brand.
Our carpenters and millwork team build reception counters, sales desks and feature walls. Our painters and interior crews handle the finish quality that customers notice.

Systems that keep the shop working
Our electrical crew installs power for lifts, chargers, diagnostic stations and lighting. Electric vehicle charging is a growing need, so we plan capacity and panels for current and future chargers. Our mechanical crew installs heating, make-up air, exhaust and plumbing. Our low voltage team provides networks, cameras, alarms and access control.
Renovating while operating
Many dealerships renovate in phases, keeping sales and service open. We schedule noisy work after hours, protect vehicles and public areas, and keep the service drive moving. Plan for lead times on signage and showroom glass, which can take longer than construction itself.
Many dealers also want help after opening. Because our own electricians, mechanics and carpenters built the facility, we can return to adjust a door, add a charger or repair a damaged wall without searching for a new contractor. Our offices in Edmonton and St. Albert answer calls around the clock, which helps when a problem hits your busiest day.
