Treating rooms as a repeatable process
A room renovation repeats the same steps many times: strip, repair, rough-in, finish, install, inspect, clean. We build a sequence where each trade moves through a floor in a set order, so crews do not wait for each other. The pace of the first few rooms sets the pace for the rest, which is why we review a model room with you before ramping up.
Unseen conditions are the main risk. Older buildings can hide plumbing issues, outdated wiring, asbestos-containing materials or moisture damage. We recommend an early survey and a contingency, so unexpected findings do not stop the programme.
Our trades in the rooms
Our drywall and framing crews repair walls and ceilings and improve sound separation where required. Our electrical crew, led by a Master Electrician, updates outlets, lighting, USB and bedside controls, and keeps life safety devices compliant. Our mechanical crew replaces vanities, tubs, showers and in-room heating and cooling units, and our carpenters and painters handle casework, headboard walls, doors and finishes.
Because these are all HSM crews, a plumbing fix does not wait on a separate contractor to patch the wall. The same team closes it up and moves on.

Staying open during the work
Most hotels keep operating. We isolate work floors, protect guest routes, control dust and noise, and agree quiet hours. Deliveries and waste removal are scheduled to avoid arrival and checkout peaks.
Plan for furniture, fixtures and equipment lead times, brand-standard approvals, and the handover process so rooms can be inspected and released in batches. We also advise on seasonal timing, since shoulder seasons give the best chance of removing rooms from sale at the lowest cost.
Quality across every room
Consistency is the test of a room renovation. Guests should not be able to tell which room was finished first or last. We use a model room, written finish standards and a punch list process for each batch, so quality holds from the first floor to the last.
Our project managers walk each batch with your team before it returns to inventory.
