In-house engineering
Our engineering is led by Dr. Magdy Istafanous, Director of Engineering. Having engineers inside the company means design questions are answered quickly, and field conditions reach the drawing board without delay.
For projects that call for outside architects or specialty consultants, we coordinate their work and keep the full set of drawings consistent.
Electrical and mechanical systems are where design and construction need to stay closest. Our Master Electrician, Adam Williams, and our mechanical crews review designs for routing, access, load and maintenance. HVAC zoning, ventilation rates, plumbing layouts, lighting controls and power distribution are all considered with installation in mind.
Integrated systems
Low voltage and security design is handled with our Low Voltage Systems Manager, Adam Mason, whose team covers alarms, AV, sound masking and surveillance. Interior systems such as framing, drywall and ceilings, and millwork details, are reviewed with our Interior Systems Manager, Brian Wright. All of it is checked against each other, not in isolation.

Design that respects the budget
Every design choice carries a cost. We track that cost as drawings develop and tell you when a choice pushes the budget. If you need to trim, we can offer alternatives that keep your priorities intact, such as simpler fixtures, different materials or a phased scope. This is a practical benefit of having the builder and the engineer in the same company.
What to plan for
Design takes longer when decisions are slow. Name one person who can approve choices, and share your standards, brand requirements and equipment lists early. Permit review times in your municipality also affect the schedule, so we build them into the plan.
