Beyond the build
A building is only successful if it keeps working. HSM stays involved after handover, supporting the systems and services that keep a space running.
Our commitment is simple. You call, and a person answers, around the clock, every day of the year. That person can bring in the electrical, mechanical or interior crew that is best placed to help. We would rather be your first call when something needs attention than a stranger you search for under pressure. This is why we describe the process as a cycle rather than a straight line from design to completion.
Turn-key operating services
The people who built your electrical and mechanical systems know how they were installed. When a light circuit trips or a rooftop unit fails, our crews begin with the original knowledge. That shortens diagnosis and avoids repeated visits. Our interior trades handle drywall, paint, ceilings, doors and hardware as wear appears.

Planned and urgent care
Preventive maintenance keeps equipment running and avoids emergencies. In Alberta, heating and ventilation systems are tested hard each winter, so seasonal checks are valuable. For urgent problems, call 1 800 716 8955 or email contact@hsmcm.ca. Calls and email are answered 24/7/365.
Growing with you
Businesses change. Teams grow, layouts shift and technology moves on. Because we know your building, we can advise on what is simple to change and what is not. A change to lighting, a new partition, a security upgrade or extra network drops can often be done quickly by the trades who know the space. Bigger moves can run through the same process again, starting at step 1.
What to plan for
Tell us what you want covered: routine checks, repairs on request, or both. Share your handover documents with whoever maintains the building. As your business changes, we can also help with further tenant improvements, expansions or relocations.
