Building in Wetaskiwin

Wetaskiwin is a regional centre serving the surrounding farm country, with retail, health care, professional offices, service shops and light industrial space. Many buildings are well established and have seen changes over the years. Owners value contractors who are straightforward and keep their word.

How we serve Wetaskiwin

We serve Wetaskiwin from our Edmonton office at Suite 3400, 10180 101 St NW. The trip is manageable, and our project managers can attend regular meetings. Phone 1 800 716 8955 or email contact@hsmcm.ca at any hour. Calls and email are answered 24/7/365.

Wetaskiwin sits along a major corridor, so deliveries and crew travel are straightforward. That makes it a practical place for us to work. We keep our communication simple: a weekly update, photos of progress, and a call whenever something needs a decision. You will always know where your project stands.

Our own trades on your project

Our own people handle most of the work. Electricians led by a Master Electrician, mechanical crews for HVAC and plumbing, interior systems, carpentry, millwork, painting, door and hardware crews, and low voltage technicians work on one schedule. That keeps small and mid-sized projects simple to manage.

  • Office and clinic renovations
  • Retail and service shop updates
  • Storefront and entrance repairs
  • Heating, ventilation and lighting replacements

Local considerations

Older buildings may hide unknowns in wiring, plumbing and structure, so we investigate before pricing and carry a sensible contingency. Wetaskiwin has its own permit process. Winter conditions affect roads and exterior work, and we plan around them.

Property owners in Wetaskiwin often renovate in stages to match cash flow. We are comfortable with that. We can plan a multi-year program, starting with essential electrical and mechanical items, then moving to finishes and exterior work, and keeping a record of each stage so the whole building comes together without rework.

Planning your project

Tell us about your building and what you want to change. We will visit, scope the work and give a budget range and schedule. Turn-key extras such as security, signage, networks, furniture and building maintenance are available.
