How we serve Devon

Because travel adds some overhead, we often group work into logical blocks. For example, the electrical rough-in and mechanical rough-in may be scheduled together, so inspections are efficient and crews are not travelling for small tasks. This approach keeps cost and time down without lowering quality.
Our own trades on your project
On Devon projects, our own trades do the core work. Electricians led by a Master Electrician install power, lighting and controls. Mechanical crews install HVAC and plumbing. Interior systems, carpentry and millwork, painting, and doors and hardware are completed by our interiors crews. Security, alarms and AV are handled by our low voltage team. That keeps travel efficient and accountability clear.

Local considerations
Planning matters more when a site is a drive away. We pre-order materials, group tasks and plan crew days so little time is lost. Devon follows its own permit process, and winter weather and road conditions are considered in the schedule.
